Pasta and I....

...definitely have a thang going on. (I love that "Me and Mrs. Jones" song).
This is a dish I made pretty often last year. It's quick, relatively healthy, economical, and filling.

Ingredients:
Whole wheat penne (Walmart brand, I ain't fancy)
Veggie meat substitute of any kind
Canned black olives
Olive oil
Green peppers
Tomatoes
Romano cheese to toss over it.

I like doing pasta without sauce a lot.
