My current hair situation...

It is nuts to me how it felt like yesterday that I had a TWA and now I have hair that I can put in a ponytail again.

I've been wearing it flat ironed more often than not out of laziness. Frankly, I don't have much time to spend under the dryer with a curly set as I used to, so after most washes I flat iron. I will post a tutorial soon on how I get it really straight.

I have a bit of heat damage from a titanium flat iron that I was using. That won't work for my hair, apparently. So I went back to my old conair Infiniti that doesn't go past 400 degrees and now I'm not getting new heat damage. The old stringy pieces remain and will stay for now.

Blogging again…I'm back.

My life has changed so very much in the past year.

-I am now a full time English Language Arts/Literacy teacher at a high school.
-I am in graduate school.
-I am in a relationship with a different guy than the one I introduced to this blog a while back.
-I moved out of my mama's house.
-I eat meat! Haha.
-My hair is almost back to my shoulders again.

Anyways, I want to begin blogging regularly again. I've missed it a lot.
