hair update

i am slightly annoyed at the lack of progress i've been making, but i have no one to blame but my own darn self.
ah well.
i flatironed and got a trim recently. she advised taking off 1 whole inch, and even though it made my heart flutter, i said, "go right ahead."
i like keeping my hair blunt. 




so we shall see where i am by the end of this year.
hopefully some of this protective styling i plan to be doing will pay off....

    Your hair looks so thick and healthy. My sisters and I are also trying to grow our hair. I have been wearing protective styling all summer, using zero heat on my hair, moisturizing it with coconut oil and stretching my relaxers. What's your hair regimen?

      thank you!
      my regimen changes around a lot but for right now, i am cowashing 1-3x a week, and shampooing/dc'ing every 2 weeks.
      i try to moisturize every day and oil my scalp and edges when i can remember.
      i am protective styling right now, mostly buns.
